To take in account the development of the FEEA outside Europe, a new classification of the centres is based upon:
- the regional area : Europe, Latino America, Africa, Asia
- The country
- The city
Some Western European Centres have developed special links with Eastern European Centres and promoted exchanges of teachers and participants. These twin centres are mentioned in the list.
